You will share all public space with a nice couple from the other bedroom.You could move in as a replacement of the current tenant at 10 March soonest, or no later than 31 March. And then there will be no end date. You could live here for as long as you want. You will need to takeover the furnitures with a price between 375~775 depends on your preference. This is for furnitures all over the apartment instead of only the bedroom available.
