I have just signed a lease for this apartment. I am looking for someone in their 30s-40s to share with me. I am a full-time professional running my own human rights legal consultancy. The house is beautiful and very light. It has a very large private outdoor area that will be amazing come summer. The bedrooms are large and a little quirky in their layout to take advantage of the high ceilings. Both have large built in wardrobes, and easily fit a double bed. It is currently unfurnished. I have a few things and will be purchasing more in the coming weeks, though if you had some of your own things that would be helpful. I will start to move in on 27 February so can only do viewings after this. I would like someone able to pay rent no later than 6 March. Registration is possible. I am looking for someone that is wanting to make the space their home as well. Someone up for a chat, a meal and a drink together regularly but who also has their own things to do. It is important to me that we respect the shared space and keep it clean and tidy for each other. If you are interested, please reach out.
